Diane Jordan - Diane has worked with TIPS for the past 27 years. Diane takes great pride in working at TIPS. She feels the impact we make on our customers and our community is a direct result of two things: the genuine concern our employees have for our customers needs and our leadership’s genuine concern for our employees as well as our customers.

Therese Shelby - Therese has worked in the printing industry for 21 years, all of which have been with TIPS. Therese feels one of the great things about our customer service at TIPS is having an actual person answer the phone. Customers want a responsive and responsible person who will listen and help them get satisfaction.

Mike Ferguson - Mike has been in the printing industry for 24 years, 2 of which have been at TIPS. To Mike, nothing at TIPS is more important than the customer. The employees of TIPS practice, believe, and work toward this goal everyday. That is what makes us stand out from the other professionals in the printing industry.

Stacy McIntyre - Stacy has been in the printing industry for 9 years, and has been at TIPS for over a year. Stacy says success is built on reputation. Kathy Drescher - Kathy has been in the printing industry for 15 years, 3 of which have been with TIPS. Kathy thinks that our customer service is extremely important. She believes customers can choose other printing companies, but she tries to give them a reason to choose TIPS.

Kevin Baumgardner - Kevin has worked in the printing industry for the past 18 years, 8 years have been with TIPS. Kevin feels fortunate to work in one of the most interesting professions. As an estimator, Kevin is met with different challenges everyday. He finds it very satisfying at TIPS to be able to do whatever it takes to make sure those challenges are met.
